Technical issues on our platform preventing service delivery
Duplicate charges due to system errors
Service unavailability for selected country/service combination
Account suspension due to policy violations (partial refund may apply)

Verification code was successfully received and used
User error in entering phone number or service selection
Service provider delays (beyond our control)
Account termination due to fraud or abuse
